The "Are You In?" Checklist
To keep things fair for everyone, here are the rules to qualify for the full $200 reward:
This awesome deal is for new patients visiting a clinic for the first time through Toothie.
Your first appointment must include a New Patient Exam AND another distinct service (like a Cleaning). Please note: X-rays do not count as a service unless they are performed alongside an Exam.
Your second visit must be completed at the same clinic within one year of your first visit, and must also include at least 2 distinct services minimum to qualify (Note: 2 fillings are considered 2 distinct services).
You must be 10 or older to claim the rewards (as of the date of your appointment).
You can't have claimed a Toothie reward in the past 1 year. Let's share the love!
This offer is for patients with private insurance. Government-funded plans (like provincial health plans) aren't eligible for this promotion. CDCP is the only exception.
Both appointments must be booked using the name on your Toothie account.

Book & Go (Visit 1)
Book your first appointment on Toothie and have a great visit.
Snap, Upload, Get $100
Get a receipt, upload it via the link in your 'My Bookings' page, and we'll email your first $100 gift card.
Book & Go Again (Visit 2)
Book and complete your second visit at the same clinic within one year.
Rinse and Repeat for another $100
Upload your second receipt from the same clinic to get your second $100 gift card. Cha-ching!
