How the $200 Reward Works
New patients can earn up to $200 in gift cards across their first two visits at the same clinic. Here's exactly how it breaks down.
$100 after your first visit
Complete a new patient exam plus one other distinct service at your chosen clinic - a cleaning is the most common pairing. On its own, an exam (or an X-ray) doesn't qualify; it has to be the exam plus something else.
Tip: before you leave your first appointment, book your second visit with the front desk. It's the easiest way to make sure your follow-up happens within the one-year window below.
$100 after your second visit
Your second visit must be at the same clinic, completed within one year of your first visit, and include at least two distinct services (two fillings in the same visit still count as two services).
Who qualifies
The patient must be 10 years of age or older as of the appointment.
This must be your first time receiving a reward from Toothie in the past 1 year.
The offer is only valid for patients who have never visited that specific clinic before.
Booking details must match your Toothie profile. Families and groups each need their own account to earn their own reward.
Insurance - or self-pay
Have private insurance or CDCP coverage? You're covered - both qualify. Other government-funded plans (like provincial health plans) don't qualify on their own.
No insurance at all? You can still earn the reward: pay for your exam and cleaning out of pocket at your first visit, and you'll still be eligible for the $200 in gift cards.
After each visit: get your receipt
Before you leave, ask for a receipt
It needs to show your full name, the date and time of the appointment, and the clinic's name. Submit it through the link we send you after booking (or from My Bookings), and once it's reviewed, we'll send your gift card.
